what is the cut off time for ordering next day delivery and when will my cocktails arrive
all orders placed before 12 noon are sent next day delivery with our courier DPD, however to avoid any possible shipping delays we always suggest you order a few days before you wish to be sipping them as next day delivery is not 100% guaranteed. all orders placed after 12 noon on a thursday will be dispatched friday for a monday delivery unless saturday delivery is requested (additional fees apply)
please kindly note that any orders placed on friday, saturday and sunday will be delivered on the following tuesday
how do i know what day and time my order will be delivered
once your order has been dispatched, our couriers DPD, will notify you with tracking details. On your day of delivery you will then receive your notification with your one hour delivery window which can be anytime between 8am and 8pm.
how much does it cost for delivery
great news we offer free weekday nationwide shipping on all orders over £35.99 per delivery address. all other orders are charged at a £4.50 flat fee, for Saturday delivery the charge is £8.50 per delivery address.
can I order my cocktails for a specific day
what if no one’s home for delivery
you or someone over the age of 18 must be in to receive your parcel at the delivery address because we are shipping alcohol. DPD are not allowed to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. we wish we could be more flexible with this but if anything were to happen, we would lose our license and that would mean no more of our delicious cocktails for anyone.
where does The Cocktail Delivery Company deliver to
we deliver to England, Wales and Scotland (additional fees apply to the scottish highlands and islands)
international, northern ireland & republic of ireland shipping is currently suspended, we hope to be able to offer this service again soon :)
will I be asked for ID
if you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, then you will be asked for ID. please have your ID ready, if you cannot prove that you are over the age of 18 then the items will not be delivered.
what do I do if my order hasn’t arrived
you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and your courier’s details. in the first instance, please contact them directly in order to determine the location of your order. please kindly note that we are not held responsible if your item does not arrive on time once it has left our unit. we will however do everything we can to solve the issue so please do get in touch with us as soon as you see a problem with your delivery; firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on; 0208 144 0166
how many delivery attempts will there be
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our Courier will attempt to deliver again the following day. On the second attempt a card will be left or a notification via text/email with details of any rescheduled delivery date (if applicable). You will have 12 hours to reschedule your delivery before it is then sent back to us. Should any order be returned to us and you made no attempt to contact us or the courier regarding delivery, we will be entitled to charge a standard delivery charge to re-send the order.
I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT COCKTAIL EQUIPMENT
do I need cocktail equipment
yes, for some of our cocktails you do. any equipment required will be listed on the information section of each individual cocktail. once you have ordered, you will also receive a ‘welcome to the club’ email that explains all the simple steps to follow. please don’t let this put you off though, all the cocktails are completely pre-mixed, you are just required to pour them into a cocktail shaker, strain and then voila your cocktail is complete.
what if I don’t have the cocktail equipment
do not worry, although we state that cocktail equipment is recommended, there are so many alternatives that can be used, and you will still deliver the same great tasting cocktail whatever you use. our recommended alternatives are;
- a jigger can be replaced with an egg cup or anything that can be used to measure up to 250ml’s.
- a cocktail shaker can be replaced with a jam jar or anything that has a lid on that you can shake your cocktail mix and ice into.
- a strainer can be replaced with the lid of a jam jar.
- a fine strainer can be replaced with a sieve.
- a bar spoon can be replaced with any stirring spoon.
do you provide cocktail equipment to buy
not yet, but we are working on it! please do get in touch and we will be more than happy to help with any questions you may have, by email; email@example.com or call us on; 0208 144 0166. there are loads of cocktail kits available online on multiple sites. depending on your chosen cocktails, you will need; cocktail shaker(s), jigger(s), bar spoon(s), fine strainer(s), strainer(s). please also refer to ‘what happens if I don’t have the cocktail equipment?’ for recommended alternatives.
do my cocktails come with glassware
we do not send glassware with your order, but we do recommend glassware sizes on the product information section on our website and cocktail labels. you can also refer to your ‘welcome to the club’ email which you will receive once your order has been placed, where we recommend glassware specific to your order.
do my cocktails require ice
yes, all cocktails require ice to either shake, serve or both. recommended ice can be found in the product information section on our website and cocktail labels. you can also refer to your ‘welcome to the club’ email which you will receive once your order has been placed, where we recommend ice quantities specific to your order.

can I change or cancel my order
due to the quick turnaround of orders and every order being made fresh that day, we are afraid there is limited opportunity to make changes to your order. we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate you, please kindly get in touch with us by email; firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on; 0208 144 0166. should you wish to cancel your order, you will have up to 1 hour after you order has been purchased online. you will need to call or email us at your earliest opportunity for us to proceed with the cancelation. no orders for next day delivery can be cancelled past 12 noon.
can I return my order
the simple answer is no, because we offer fresh produce, you are unable to return your cocktails to us. if for any reason you have any concerns about your order, please kindly get in touch with us by email; email@example.com or call us on; 0208 144 0166.
can I order my cocktails for a specific day
this is not a problem, at checkout you can add a note to us in the ‘add note’ section, we would suggest the delivery date being the day before you wish to be sipping our delicious cocktails to avoid any possible shipping delays as next day delivery is not 100% guaranteed If the cocktails are for a gift, we can add a sip note to the outside of the box, not to be opened until your specified date.
how much ice do I need for my order
please refer to your ‘welcome to the club’ email which you will receive once your order has been placed, where we recommend ice quantities specific to your order.
can I add a gift note to my order
yes, this is not a problem, please add a small note on the checkout page. This will be included inside the box with your cocktails.
are prices or costs shown on any of the packaging
no, we do not include any documents showing prices inside or outside of the packaging with your cocktails.
can I place one order with multiple delivery addresses
If you would like to place an order to multiple delivery addresses (6 separate orders or more) please email our events team who will be delighted to help. firstname.lastname@example.org
for orders to less than 6 multiple addresses we ask that you place each order separately on our website

how fresh are the cocktails
our cocktails are made completely fresh to order from our carefully selected in-house team of mixologists and delivered straight to your door the next day. we are proud to say that only the absolute freshest ingredients and premium spirits go into each cocktail.
how long do my cocktails last
all of our cocktails last for up to 15 days after dispatch, unopened, just pop your cocktails and garnishes in the fridge and once opened consume within 7 days (mocktails 5 days) so they will still be as delicious to drink as when they were made.
are the cocktails suitable for vegetarians and vegans
yes, we are proud to say that ALL our cocktails (apart from Thyme is on Our Side as this contains honey) are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
do the cocktails come with garnishes
yes, we even have that covered for you! all garnishes are prepped and sealed in airtight bags, with all your cocktails you will be sent the correct pairing of garnishes to really give your drinks that professional finish.
if I don’t see a cocktail on the menu that I like, can I request something else
yes of course you can, that’s what we are here for and love doing. even better, if you have a really special event, we can also create a bespoke cocktail just for you. please kindly note however that this service note will not be offered as next day delivery. please contact us either by email;
